Best apartment ever!!! We were first who slept in the penthouse apartment for 6 people. Best thing was a private pool with salthy watter and no mosquitoes. Thanks for perfect hollidays goes to the best host Ivan.

We had a wonderful stay. Owners did everything for our family of four (two small kids) to feel as home and we could not be more grateful. Private pool with salty water and warm welcome with home made "figovica" were just another plus. We can recommend this accomodation.

Beautifully situated, spacious two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a several-unit building. The apartment is well-equipped and features a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use. Enjoy stunning views of the pool and surrounding area from the apartment, while the pool itself offers breathtaking vistas of the town, mountains, and sea. Experience unforgettable sunsets every evening. There is a square with parking spaces for several cars in front of the building. Guests can also explore the host's private garden and savor fresh tomatoes and rosemary. The kind and incredibly helpful host made our stay truly exceptional. Welcomed with warm hospitality, we received ongoing support throughout our visit. Our 9-year-old son declared it the best vacation ever. Highly recommended!

Really welcoming & friendly host - we were welcomed with a shot of homemade Croatian spirit and a homemade bottle of very delicious wine. The host family even offered a private barbecue. Additionally, we could contact the hosts regarding any concerns (there weren't any) and questions as well. We were delighted by the efforts and warmth the hosts put into delivering a great stay! :) The apartment was super clean & equipped with everything you need for a relaxed vacation (AC, private kitchen, bathroom including washing machine, bedroom & living room with tv including Netflix). The shared outdoor pool was spacious & sunbeds and umbrellas were provided as well. Further on, there were numerous private parking spaces available. FYI: if you come by car, there is very high traffic on the highway coming from and going to Split. As it is the only main street, plan in a little bit more time if you want to discover the area. Overall, we really loved staying at Villa Ivka & will come back very very soon!! :)

The highlight of our trip were definitely the hosts, they were so nice and organised a BBQ and were available 24/7 for everything we needed! The pool was much bigger than the pictures and very clean. The apartman is new and so nice. It has a dishwasher and a wasching maschine which worked perfectly. The hosts provide everything you need, including towels.

The hosts were friendly and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for us. The accommodation offered excellent features and was clean. The beach was conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
